Great for family and good location to all the sites
We all had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfortable. It could use a few more fans to use throughout the house because of no air-conditioning, but otherwise we had very comfortable weather once the temperatures lowered throughout the week.

Estes stay
Huge house, perfect location and comfortable beds but lots of updates are needed and TLC for this lovely home..carpets are dirty, lighting is not good, seems like so many things need to be fixed and cared for.
The house is very large and had plenty of space to sleep 14 people from three different families. There were some very minor issues with the property, but the owners were great at communicating and resolving anything that was required. The house is close to Estes Park and in the mountains enough that we had wild turkeys and deer walkthrough the yard while we were there.
Great place, communication with the owner was great. Comfortably had 3 couples and 4 singles with their own spaces. The only issue was the hot tub - it was 73 degrees when we arrived, so we did not get in until it heated over night. If you're planning to use the tub right away when you arrive, make sure to remind the owner that the hot tub needs to be serviced and heated the day before.
We came up to Estes as we have for the past 15 years to celebrate our son’s forever 16th birthday. We were very pleased at how spacious and beautiful this house was, including nice bedrooms. The kitchen needed updated pots and pans but that is due to high usage. Overall, the place was very accommodating.Thank you
What a perfect location for a family gathering! There were 12 of us, ages 7 to 77. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of gathering places and fun places. Well stocked with lots of towels, blankets and pillows. The hot tub, movie theater, ping pong table and arcade were well used. Many of our family members didn’t want to leave the house! Easy access to downtown and the mountains
We recommend this home if you have a large family. Seven bedrooms four bathrooms. Hot tub, which was great with deer around us. A lot of windows to see the deer roaming on the lawn. It’s only a six minute drive to downtown Estes Park. The kids loved the arcades in the basement, along with the ping-pong table and foosball table .
We had such a wonderful time here during our stay in Estes Park! We were a large party of 12, but there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The couch in the living room was so comfy and could fit many of us! The house is very close to everything we wanted to do in Estes, including downtown shopping, the Stanley Hotel, RMNP, coffee shops, breweries & more. There was so much wildlife around the house, it was beautiful. We came during Elk rut season, so lots of Elk roaming nearby! We were also very happy with the cleanliness. Check in and check out were both very easy processes. Would absolutely stay here again!
We were able to get the majority of our family (-1 grandson) for a week of making memories that will last a lifetime. The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own space, but also roomy enough for all of us to be together. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your property. We highly recommend it to anyone that is planning a large group visit to gorgeous Estes Park. Anna was very helpful and responded to our questions instantly during our stay. Thank you again!
Our family gathering is always a wonderful time. Choosing to go to Estes Park in the fall was marvelous even though Estes Park was crowded with tourists during that time. This home was chosen for its many bedrooms, large eating space, and outdoor access. The home was very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. We felt more dishes and glassware would have been useful for a group this large. We did loose internet service for a time and there were a couple of other small issues.
This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great. The negatives were the poor quality of the main couch and several of the chairs were unsteady. The lighting in many of the rooms didn’t work or weren’t bright enough. The property could use some furniture and lighting upgrades for sure. But overall it was a positive experience for everybody especially the games for the younger children.
We had a wonderful time in Estes Park, Co. The house had all the room and more, and is located in a beautiful setting with mountain views. We enjoyed use of the hot tub, arcade room and movie theater. On our last night we enjoyed spectular views of the 'strawberry' full moon (summer solstice). We recommend Ziggy's for coffee and Humpy's for IPA beer which are both close to the house. We attended a small concert in Estes Park one night and the music and setting were delightful. Lilly's Lake is a short ride outside Estes Park and there is a 2 mile hiking trail that we enjoyed. Finally, we saw dear, chipmunks,.rabbits and numerous wildlife around the house which we all enjoyed viewing. We recommend this house for your next Rocky Mountain vacation.
This house was amazing and perfect for our 14 guests! We were here for my son's wedding/ family reunion.Tons of space and lots to do. No a/c and we were here in August so I was nervous about that - but the weather was perfect and house stayed very comfortable. The game room and media room were major hits for the adult "kids"! Tried to use the hot tub, but the water would not get hot. Disappointing - but not a deal breaker. While some of the windows did not open and the master shower had no water pressure - every other aspect of our stay was fantastic! Super fun home to stay in with lots of space for everyone. I would certainly stay here again with a large group if I'm ever back in the area.
The property is just as advertised, and was absolutely great - size and layout wise.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with three exceptions, one which has been mentioned in several prior reviews:
There are a lot of light bulbs out in the home.
The ceilings are high, so that may be the problem.
But the lights were totally out on the steps at the front entry, so we had to use our phone flashlights.
Several windows are broken and don’t close.
The most serious was the upper hallway restroom door, the knob lock doesn’t work and it kept locking people in the restroom. I texted about that.
So, really, a great house overall, it just needs a few hours of a handyman’s time to keep it spectacular.

Great location but needs lots of updates
The beds were comfortable and location was nice but the place needs lots of updates. A number of windows were broken and would not close all the way, some of the bathroom doors would not lock, pool table was wobbly and you could not play a serious game on it, ping pong paddles were completely destroyed and not usable, host did not respond to any messages I sent him on the VRBO app, internet was unreliable, because the internet was unreliable we could not use the movie theatre room, a few of the seats in the movie theatre room were not secured to the floor, smoke detector was uninstalled, kitchen sink leaked profusely into the cabinets below, and numerous other things. A lot of small annoying things. Again I tried to tell the host a few of these things but after check in they did not respond.

Overall the place was OK. Spending a few thousand dollars could improve some things inside. Not all windows would open and some would not close all the way. The carpeting could be improved also in areas. Some outlets did not have covers on them. The chairs in the theater room are a little loose and move when sitting in them. The ignition on the grill didn't work, fan in upstairs bathroom doesn't work. Jam video game doesn't always work and joy stick on player 1 on NBA jam doesn't always work. One of the mattresses on the bed upstairs was very stiff.
On the good side the elk and mule deer passing by right outside the windows was fantastic. Location is also good.

Large home-needs some upkeep.
House was large enough. Plenty of areas for your family to spread out and enjoy time. The yard is small and pictures make it seem it is out more secluded and it is not. Neighborhood was quiet. Multiple lights did not work in the house. Main fan in living room didn’t work. The ping pong and pool table very used paddles no rubber on them, pool table very damaged. The cinema room was great, just watch the tack strips nails were sticking out and one of the seats was coming out of the floor. Bean bag set was broken. Knobs on hot tub were missing. When we moved a chair out to use from table, screw fell out. The master bedroom shower-will only produce scolding HOT water-unable to turn down. Lots of space, house just needs some upkeep-I am sure many family’s use it and makes it hard to keep maintained. These are little things that could be fixed for the price point.
The cabin was perfect for our family holiday getaway. Our family of ten had plenty of space to spread out and ample spaces to gather for movie night, game night, football watching and puzzles. Rooms and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. It was a moment’s drive from all the favorite spots in Estes but off the beaten path to enjoy the quiet. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
