Located in Downtown Estes Park the Gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park just a short drive from Denver Colorado. Be sure to visit the on site La-Cabana Rooftop Patio. The Overlook Flat is within walking distance of numerous shop's and other restaurants. Experience the beautiful mountain scenery and catch a gorgeous view of The Stanley Hotel. Complete with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests, 1 large bathroom with a front loading washer/dryer for your convenience. In planning your trip we are inly able to issue 1 parking permit per vacation rental for our private parking lot.
