During the summer months, you can enjoy swimming in the outdoor community pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend *subject to change per HOA*. Whether you are visiting on vacation or traveling for business, the mountains will have something to offer you- can you hear them calling?

This beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bath condo comes with a master king bedroom suite, a master queen bedroom suite, and a pullout sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate six people, as well as a full kitchen to enjoy meals with family and friends. The BONUS-a private hot tub! Imagine melting away in a hot soak after a long day of hiking or shopping. Or simply come back to your condo and relax as you watch the sunset.

This place was so comfortable for our family of 5. It was extremely convenient to the RMNP, as well as Estes park, yet in a quite neighborhood. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time through.

Beautiful!

Super clean condo with all the amenities. Close to downtown and The Stanley. Hot tub was perfect to unwind at the end of the day. Elk in the yard every evening. Would recommend staying here to eveyone and would book again in a minute!! Thanks for a great stay!

Terrific spot!

We loved our stay. We had trouble getting in to our unit upon arrival and on the second day. Getting help was difficult and minimally helpful. Surly fellow on the phone at check in. A difficult runaround to get in on day 2. Service and kindness (or any apology fir the problems)are forgotten virtues.

Great Views for a great stay!

The views from this condo are great! The hot tub is a great feature on the cool summer nights while watching the sun settle for the night. This condo was perfect for our little family and I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay that is enjoyable to be at.

Love Estes Park

Nice place to stay! We loved the hot tub after hiking or drinking coffee on the deck in the morning before hiking. Good location. Easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.

Birthday getaway

Property is well maintained. It was super easy to book. The property manager sent all of the information over the same night I booked. This property offers great views. Itā€™s a 10 minute drive away from down town Estes. Checkout was simply and easy.

Beautiful

This condo was very well decorated and very clean. We took advantage of the hot tub on the deck and enjoyed the mountain view. A herd of elk, just a block down the road, entertained us for a good 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Got the job done

A little tight for my family of 5, even though it said it sleeps 6. Technically it does sleep 6 but you lose the entire living room in the process. Location was fantastic. Place was clean. It made for a good home base while we explored Estes. Btw bring your own soap and shampoo. We ran out of the travel sized stuff that came with the property and when we requested more the management told us no.

Beautiful Vistas

The overall cleanliness and location of the property were excellent. As were the amenities listed. The pool towels were a nice surprise. The bed and pillows were better than anywhere we have stayed. The one big glitch was lack of communication with property management. I had a question about check out procedures and called the number displayed in the condo. I reached what seemed to be an answering service that took my name and number, but no one ever called me back. Not until I went on the VRBO website did I get my answer. Ideally there would be a binder in the condo with all pertinent information.

Poor experience

Actual street address of property is different then listed. It took us more then 45 minutes and several phone call to find the property. Bed in guest bed room squeak terribly. It need to be changed. It is difficult to sleep on it. We had uninvited guest on deck cleaning hot tub. He didnā€™t have courtesy to inform. He just got up the deck by using ladder from out side. My wife was really terrified.

I was pretty good. The beds were just not very conferrable.

It was hard to find 12b, it was not labeled that you could see from the street. The house was as it was listed. It worked pretty good for my family. One thing I didnt like was, I got two different emails with check out tike, one saying it was 10am, the other 11am. So when we went out the door at 10, I relized I had left something, but the door code had already changed and we had to leave. I called but had to wait on a return call, and didnt hear back from them for a bit, so we just left. I just really wished there had been some kind of direct way I could have talked to someone to help befor we left.
