Great place within walking distance to shops

This is the perfect location to visit Estes park. Just a few minutes drive to RMNP, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is so peaceful walking the path by the river. Perfect little dog area nearby for our dog. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Estes Park

My family and i really loved this property and would gladly stay again. The condo was very cozy and clean and you can tell the host takes extra steps to make guests feel at home. Communication was great, I received emails about check in and what to expect a few days before arrival so never had to ask any questions or follow up. Overall a great place, would highly recommend!

Calm on the river

My stay here was fabulous. The condo was absolutely immaculate, the bed I slept in was gloriously comfortable, and the river that runs right behind the property provides the most lovely water sounds. The location is tucked back away from the road which makes it more peaceful and further enhanced a lovely experience with numerous walks along the river.

Mother's Day getaway

Perfect location for my son and I to get away with the dog. We could walk to town easily. Short drive to the park entrance. I was pleasantly surprised how nice our condo was. Perfect set up and was stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay. Thank you and we will be back.

Fine place to stay

Very nice and clean; plenty of room. Negatives are minor (only about a 2 day supply of coffee; front door locking system could have been better explained). Peaceful river flowing past the patio was great; noise level was low. Within walking distance of most of the downtown shops and restaurants. Very good experience.

2 night relaxing getaway!

We attended a graduation in Denver and decided to extend our trip 2 nights to see Estes Park. We had amazing food and beautiful views. Our accommodations were top notch and so enjoyable! Our corner unit was right on the river with comfy beds and soft towels. Every detail was thought of. We will definitely be back for a longer stay! Thank you so much! Michael & Donna Lynn :)

Cozy Condo

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! I felt like I was in a luxury hotel with the place all to ourselves. It was decorated beautifully. I must say I now want to get that Natuzzi leather chair I parked myself in for two days just admiring our view of the trees and stream outside. The bedroom provided a restful nights sleep in a super comfy bed. Location is ideal for a nice nature walk following the winding stream. Town quarters are a short walk away. No need to drive anywhere once you arrive. Also, a great breakfast place is located just steps away at the Big Horn. We will be back:)

Lovely property in great location.

Excellent location, walking distance from shops. Clean, well equipped unit. The only quibbles were the absence of a dining table and the very high shelves in the kitchen. Even with the stool provided, one of us could not reach some of the shelves. Thoughtful touches are the provision of olive oil, salt/herb shake and salt and pepper. Nice little welcome gift of candies.

Great Location

Karine, the property manager, was very easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy! I would absolutely stay here again with my family of four (two children under age 12).The condo was neat, clean and efficient. The kitchen was small but perfectly adequate for making breakfast and lunches. Loved the water views from the front and back decks! Very, very easy to walk to downtown Estes. My only suggestion would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms to help ease the burden of use on the upstairs bath. In a perfect world you could squeeze in a small card table downstairs, too! Thanks for being a great spot for us to enjoy one of our favorite places on earth!

Lovely comfortable modern accommodation

I stayed in Estes Park with my wife and our 10-month old. The accommodation was easy to find and easy to check-in. We could tell that it had been made to a high, modern and clean specification and it was also very cozy e.g. carpets on the stairs and upper floor. Location was fantastic (on the river and a short stroll into downtown via the river path). Parking was great. Karine was helpful and communicative. It also had a highchair and travel cot for our little one. The condo we were in had a 2-seater breakfast bar (rather than a dining table) so just something to enquire further about if you are a larger group or have older children but for my wife and I it was fine. Overall an absolutely fantastic place to stay in Estes Park and would definitely recommend it

Perfect spot, walk to downtown

Cute little cluster of vacation condos. Easy 5-8 minute walk to downtown. There's a river in the back of the property that winds around the front as well and meanders all the way downtown. Living area, kitchen and 1/2-bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Cute little patio with table and flowers (and the occasional elk, who also enjoyed the flowers!) on the lower level and a little balcony on the from bedroom upper level. We slept with the windows cracked open for the white noise and fresh air from the river and it was sublime! There are plenty of nice little touches throughout in terms of function, decor and practical needs. It was clean & well-stocked with easy check-in. Maps had us circling a couple of times because it's a little tucked away behind a little shopping area, but it was well worth the extra minute of looking! We'd definitely stay here again!

A Great Place to Stay

Such a nice property with good appointments, right off the river and walking distance to town. The condo has a nice living area with couch and lounge chair to relax at night. It has a nice patio with a table and chairs to enjoy the river that runs right next to the property. Everything seemed to be new and was in good working order. The beds were also very comfortable. The only thing that I could ask for would be a bedroom that is downstairs. We’re thinking about doing a trip with my mother-in-law and she would have a hard time going up and down the stairs. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. Other than that, a great place to stay!

Beautiful Condo, Loved Our Stay

Scrupulously clean! The condo was just as advertised. Well situated in relation to the town. Well appointed with appliances and equipped with kitchen items (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc.). Parking right outside the condo is very convenient.We enjoyed the fluffy towels and washcloths. It was too warm to use the duvet, and we found it challenging to put it and the decorative pillows somewhere during our stay.Elk visited us on the evening we arrived, which was delightful! We enjoyed listening to the rushing water outside! The mid-May weather was warm enough on one day to sit out at the outdoor patio and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature.We are 3 Seniors (1 couple and 1 friend) who were attending an event in Estes Park Event Center and an event in Wellington CO. We ate breakfast in the condo and ate out at a restaurant for dinners, so it didn't bother us that the kitchen only has 2 stools for dining in.We would have appreciated a luggage stand in each bedroom to work out of our suitcases, and a coat rack downstairs.All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo!
