This condo is close to downtown shopping, the fairgrounds, entrances into Rocky Mountain National Park, an 18 hole golf course and driving range, and Lake Estes for walking, fishing, and boating!

Enjoy this cozy spacious one bedroom condo on the ground level with private patio. Complete with a LaZBoy queen sleeper sofa and memory foam mattress this unit provides for comfortable sleeping of up to four people, and a complete kitchen with appliances and cookware for your cooking and baking. A Pack `N Play and Child Booster Seat are available. Relax on the comfortable patio with table and chairs while viewing the tall pines and sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine! You may even see an occasional elk or deer visitor under the trees! A washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, televisions and DVD player are included for your convenience and comfort.

This condo is close to downtown shopping, the fairgrounds, entrances into Rocky Mountain National Park, an 18 hole golf course and driving range, and Lake Estes for walking, fishing, and boating! Additional activities include spectacular sight seeing, hiking, snow shoeing and sledding within the National Park, and around 40 miles down the road is the Eldora Ski Resort. Catch a shuttle into the Park from the nearby Visitor`s Center if needed.

Great place to stay when visiting Estes. Within 20 minutes of RMNP clean comfortable and has pretty much everything you need.

The Pines

Very cozy, comfortable place to stay very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes. The VRBO had everything you would need. The main bed was very comfortable.

Well supplied location. Very comfortable, friendly, and quiet. Only negatives were lack of an iron and limited hot water - but other aspects more than made up for it.

Cozy Condo

Pine Condos had all the comforts of home: very clean with well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, soft bath towels and complimentary soaps and lotions. Elk and chipmunks visited near the Patio. Location was excellent.

Excellent place to say

Loved the place and it had lots of extras that made it very convenient for us. We were hiking RMNP and it was a great location and close to town too. My only suggestion wb to have a rug inside the condo to set our boots on bc I didn’t want to dirty the nice carpet.

Great Place in Estes

Family of four (kids age 9) stayed for three nights and it was perfect. Place was clean and well stocked, great location for both downtown and multiple RMNP entrances. Easy check-in and clear instructions. I left my necklace behind after we checked out and messaged the office; they responded quickly that the cleaners had found it and left it on the table for me to get since we were still in town, which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

Our Short Getaway

We loved our 3-night stay at The Pines. The condo had everything you could possibly need in the way of amenities. Cleanliness was superb and comfort was awesome. We will definitely tell our family and friends about this lodging in Estes Park, and if we ever return, we will want to stay here. Thank you to the owners for providing a clean and pleasant stay for us.

The place was clean and tidy. There was a light bulb out in the bathroom. Tried the number listed but it didn't work. So we bought one. The Klenex box had like 10 tissues so we bought one. We used all of it. The toilet was not built for a grown man. It was short and small. The washer/dryer combo worked but seemed pretty old and clunky. They said bath soap was supplied. It was the size of a silver dollar. Had to buy real soap. It was ok but would not stay there again. Sorry.

Nice Place to Stay

Overall it was a great place to stay. The condo has great amenities and is very close to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The advertisement did show a grill on the patio but was informed when we arrived that due to policy changes no grill would be available. While this was not a mjor issue part of the reason we booked this location was the grill.

Great Condo.

Very nice and clean Condo. Very well stocked with everything you might need except food. We brought our own things though. Very peaceful setting as well. Only slight downside was there is no air-conditioning. We would stay there again though.

Estes Park condo

The condo is a bit dated -some easy fixes and it could be really charming. No AC and it was pretty hot thankfully there was a fan. Location is great to drive downtown and get to park and activities. Very convenient to get groceries and it had all amenities for cooking etc. Also very quiet development which was really nice!

Very comfortable and welcoming

I would gladly stay here again. I was traveling for work and chose this place wanting a kitchen, laundry, and a little more room. This was a great choice. Quiet area off the beaten path. Very well supplied with all the things you would want for your kitchen, etc. Only negatives were the lack of an iron and the lack of hot water at the end of a long hot shower. But I still give it 5 stars.

The condo was nice, well kept and clean. The television does not have any service. It is a smart tv and you are supposed to use your own streaming services. Don’t have services, I guess you don’t get television.We had to take cold showers. The property manager said she lived”down the mountain” and would try to find someone tomorrow. We might get one hot shower out of 3 if we’re lucky.Lastly our brand new truck would not fit in the parking spot provided without me letting my wife out first. I’ll be furious if I have a door ding. Property manager’s solution, park on a side street. She has obviously never been on the property as the closest street with public parking is at least a mile away.

My husband and I stayed at this peaceful condos while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. It was very clean and comfortable with every detail met. Downtown Estes Park is just a few minutes away and RMNP a short, easy drive which is so ideal. Great stay.
