Enjoy watching deer and elk pass as they pass through on their way to Lake Estes. Quiet neighborhood, the home sits on a spacious private acre lot.
Enjoy summer evenings on the patio around the fire pit after a meal cooked on the outdoor grill.
King bed/TV in main bedroom, additional bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into king bed upon request. Sofa can be converted into queen bed. Living room has electric fireplace and large screen TV. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and stove top. Pots and pans and basic cooking ingredients. Washer/Dryer with soaps provided.
Owners may be living on the upper level and will respect your privacy.
