The young gentleman who checked me in was awesome! So helpful, ty. Great location. 5 minutes to RMNP. Sat and have breakfast over the lake, mountains in a herd of elk right outside the deck crazy amount of amenities. There’s even an arcade room if you have little kids.

When this was a new hotel, holy cow it must have been a treasure. Good location and lots of different places to see. Good breakfast with lots of room to dine. The heater in the room was very loud, but worked good. I’ll be back!

The staff at the front desk were very kind during check in and check out! I didn’t have any other reason to reach out during my stay so my interactions were short. Breakfast was okay, not a ton of options for picky eaters but had the classic hotel waffles. The room was relatively okay, we found a dirty tissue under our bed but otherwise looked as clean as possible. The bathroom was a little dated but not something that really mattered. Walls were a little thin so we could hear the tv and dog in the room next door but it wasn’t an issue when it was time for bed. I would definitely stay here again, was a short 11 min drive to either of the east entrance stations to RMNP.
