Welcome to the Deer Mountain Loft, a stunning and spacious suite located on the second floor with breathtaking views and a private porch. Constructed in 2018, this suite features high cathedral ceilings throughout. The master bedroom is a luxurious haven complete with a king-size bed. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a custom-made tile shower with a stone floor, a toilet, and a 2-person Jacuzzi tub for the ultimate relaxation experience.

Preparing meals and dining is a breeze with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Coffee lovers can enjoy a café-quality experience with the Philips Super Automatic Espresso Machine in the comfort of their own room.

The spacious family room includes a 50" smart TV for your entertainment. You can step out onto the deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the stunning views.

Please note that there is no air conditioning in the suite, but the mountain air is generally cool and refreshing.

This unit is pet-friendly, Bring up to 2 dogs for an additional $30/night + tax. Make pet reservation via the Rustic Acre Guest Portal, details emailed to you after booking.

Great visit to Estes Park

Was a great spot for a quick overnight to pick our son up at camp near Estes. Property is very clean, nicely decorated, and the deck was perfect for having our dogs with us.

Excellent Location, Great Views and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay! The bed is very comfortable, tub has plenty of hot water, very close to downtown and the park. Great for bird watching too!!

In the heart of estes park! Super convienant location with gorgeous mountain view. The house was beautifully furnished and cozy. Would absolutely stay again!

Nice place for a couple

Great location. Easy to get into town. Just up from the golf course. Clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in the evenings.

Great place!

Great place to stay! Loved it! Only downside is that it's close to a road so you can hear the traffic but I would definitely stay there again! Very convenient to town and friendly hosts!

Amazing. Loved everything about the place! Newly remodeled with rustic decor, clean, spacious and close to downtown. Views are beautiful - Stanley hotel, mountains, some of Estes lake! Fantastic restaurants, hiking trails and close to RMNP!

Cozy and convenient spot

The unit looks just as described online. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Its convenient to downtown Estes Park and my wife and I even walked to downtown one day. We had elk in the yard! It was overall a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Great place to stay in Estes

We enjoyed our stay at the Deer Mountain Loft in Estes Park. The property was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the decor was great. We spent our days hiking at RMNP and our evenings back at the loft. We were in town during the elk rut and saw elk cross the property. Loved it!

They had me hooked from the the Grateful Dead music on the website! Deer Mountain was perfect for our stay in Estes...location, amenities, view from the deck, wildlife, etc. We enjoyed walking to Estes lake, Lumpy Ridge brewery, etc. and the short drive to Smokin Dave’s at the golf course, RMNP, etc. We definitely would stay again. Would be great to enjoy a family reunion at Rustic Acre. Thanks to Jason and Joanne.

Perfect quarantine holiday

My spouse and I came over the Christmas holiday. This was our third time staying at this property - and the third different cabin we tried. So far we have loved each one we stayed in, each one becoming our new favorite. However, this one is special. Brand new, sparkling, gorgeous kitchen, incredible bathroom with tub, the views are incredible from the second floor. We will be back again and again. Here's to a Happier New Year to everyone. THIS PLACE!

Now when it comes to vacation rentals we are among the worst when it comes to judging on cleanliness, and just let me say WOW. You know when you go to a vacation spot and you have to wear shoes because things stick to your feet? Not this place, we were blown away! By how clean this place way. Don’t tell my wife this but may have been cleaner than our house. Not to mention a 3 min drive to all of Estes parks main attractions. Communication with the owner was instant as well as pleasant. If there was a 10 star button this would get it. Thanks for the wonderful time! We will be back!

A beautiful place for a special occasion

The Deer Mountain Loft where we stayed is the new addition to the Rustic Acre, and it was incredible, especially the views. We also reserved four other cabins for family and friends who joined us for the wedding of our son Ryan and his bride Taylor at the Della Terra Mountain Chateau in nearby Estes Park. The Rustic Acre was a casual, fun and clean place, and everyone had a terrific time, whether it was playing wiffle ball, drinking and sharing stories around the campfire or seeing deer walk through the property. Great for other family get-togethers, too, such as a reunion. The owners/hosts were gracious, helpful and so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and setting up tables for the rehearsal dinner/pizza party that everyone seemed to enjoy. Great stay in Estes Park

This condo was in a great location for our daily hikes in RMNP. It was also within a short driving distance of some great restaurants. It had everything you would need for your stay. We found the bed to be a bit firm for our comfort, but that is a matter of personal preference. I highly recommend this condo for your stay in Estes Park!
