TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES: if you are interested in booking and experience a problem and message that directs you to try again later please stop trying . You can call to discuss with vrbo but so far its been several weeks and no solution from them. You can call or text 303 949-9762.

This absolutely beautiful and spacious condo was completed in June 2008 and Remodeled in Feb 2020 and is located on the River in the heart of downtown Estes Park. Don't try to squeeze your family into 600 or 700 SQ FT. This quiet building has only a few residences with businesses below. New hickory floor, new sectional couch and decor in Feb 2020. Brand new mattress in master as of October 2019. There is a coffeehouse, an art gallery, an antique store and others just downstairs while there are several restaurants and additional shopping all within walking distance. The visitor center with FREE shuttles to RMNP is a short walk. The shuttle bus will allow you to avoid the hassles of trying to find a place to park. You will also enjoy easy access to Lake Estes, bike trails and shopping also all within easy walking distance which means after you place the town provided parking pass in your car you can just leave it sit for several days if you wish. Condo has wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains and the deck overlooks the Big Thompson river below. At 1400 Sq Ft you wont be squeezed in like in so many of the other Estes Park condo or cabin properties. Get more for your money! You can fish, bike, or run the trails literally right outside the door. All new comfortable furniture, fireplace. high definition 42' flat screen TV, Air Conditioning and in unit laundry make relaxing in the condo easy after a day of exploring the Mountains. This is THE NICEST condo in downtown Estes Park. You will love staying here but don't take my word on that read the reviews. If staying cool is important you will find that there are not many units in Estes with A/C and while its not used for much of the year, between June and early Sept it is appreciated.

PARKING: We buy a parking pass for you to place on your windshield so you can park for free immediately across the street. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier.

If safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.

The location was amazing, the property was very clean. The main bedroom does not have nightstands, lamps or a ceiling fan. Otherwise its perfect for a getaway.

Great property near RMNP

The unit was very nice overlooking a small river. Great location for exploring RMNP and the charming town of Estes Park. Free EV parking across the street was a plus.

The Perfect Spot

All about location

We enjoyed being in the heart of town! We parked our car in the provided parking space and didn’t move it for 3 days with so much to do around town and within walking distance or via shuttle. The condo itself was spacious and well appointed. Hope we can return one day!

Excellent Estes Experience

Great stay!

Perfect place for trip to Estes Park. Location is great with river below the balcony and riverwalk shops steps from the door. The Lake Estes trail and much of Estes is nearby and walkable. The property was clean, well kept, and was well equipped. We would definitely stay again.

Great Two Night Stay

In town for a wedding and had a lovely stay here. This is located right downtown on main street. This was perfect for our stay. Beautiful balcony overlooks the river and walkway. Thank you so much for a great stay. :)

Love the Loft and Location

We had a great stay. The loft was clean and up to date with an awesome location that included a beautiful spring directly behind it with a quiet and pretty walk path to multiple shops and restaurants in downtown Estes Park. It was super easy and quick drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Definitely recommend it!

Base for Rocky Mountain National Park Trip

Our loft was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious and furnished nicely. The location was superb and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The view of the river off the balcony was very relaxing. We even saw elk on the river walk. Would definitely stay here again!!
