Teepee Mountain 12A is a cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo with a beautiful view and everything you need for a perfect stay! Close to everything you want to do yet located in a peaceful and relaxing part of the Estes Valley. Only 4 miles to downtown Estes Park and 4.5 miles to the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Easy access to this condo with only one step up the curb from the parking lot. The inside space is all on one level making it easy to get your luggage inside and start your vacation!

Enter into the kitchen living area. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals or heat up leftovers from one of the amazing Estes Park restaurants.

Relax in the living room and enjoy a movie or walk out onto the deck and take in the amazing view and the fresh mountain air.

This condo has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and ensuite tub shower combo and one with a queen bed. A jack and jill bathroom with a shower opens into the queen bedroom as well as the living area. Both bedrooms have a TV so everyone can watch their favorite shows.

With a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, there is enough space for 6 people.

Pack light and use the stacked washer and dryer located in a closet off of the kitchen to keep everything ready for the next day’s adventure.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. The HOA allows SkyRun guests to use these facilities however, SkyRun has no control over their condition. They may not be maintained to our standards. Please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

We enjoyed Estes Park and RMNP! The property was clean and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that there was no grill, especially when we noticed grills on most of the other decks. The unit could also use a full length mirror.

Beautiful views from the balcony facing east! Just lovely! It would have been nice to have a broom and a pair of scissors to open some food packaging. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. The carpeting probably needs replacing and the furniture on the deck was a heavy iron with no chair pads available.otherwise, a great location and a comfortable stay.

Great Location!

A friend and I were in town for the Estes Park Wool Market and this was such a great location--close enough to the fair grounds, but far enough away we didn't experience the tourist traffic. The condo itself matched the listing, the view was amazing, and the deck was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

What a view!

Wonderful location that is close to town and easy to get to Rocky Mountain National Park. But the best part was the view from the back deck. The first morning from the back deck we watched the sun rise over the panoramic view of the mountains with a herd of elk grazing in the field across the way. It was spectacular! We'll be back again!

Beautiful location and very clean. Even had extra fans for white noise in each room. Didn’t get to utilize the pool or hot tub, but they looked well maintained from a distance. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, the blinds in the master bedroom are translucent, so we were awake before 6 AM every day. Also, the pool area needs serious work. It’s falling apart with peeling paint and bad decking and stairs. The water was dirty and not clear. The views were amazing and the location is great for Estes Park and RMNP.

This property was in the perfect location in Estes Park. The condo was very clean and had many essentials for the kitchen. We felt "at home" the minute we arrived. The only thing was the bathroom counters were small and there was not alot of storage for bathroom things so many of your toiletries had to sit on the counter. IT could have used a towel bar or hook in the guest bath for hanging towels. Very minor! I would highly recommend this property

Cozy w/ lovely views

We were only in town for 1 night; wish wencould have enjoyed the place longer. Overall a great place. Cozy morning with the gas fireplace, coffee maker could stand to be upgraded, but place was clean and cozy with great views! Only complaint was the very steep cleaning fee for 1 night's stay. Cleaning fee was double the nightly cost of the place. Please reconsider the high cleaning fee for shorter stays. This will keep us from staying here in the future.
