The Room I rented was stunning, Massive space for the price! Room was clean and had a gorgeous view of the river. Just wish it had wifi that was on into the night, other than that, Loved the room.

Location, location, location

We stayed here as a family of 6. The location was the best. We felt like we were on our own (being away from the city) but close enough to Estes Park that we could go in anytime. The views around our cabin were gorgeous. We actually took our daughters senior pictures around the cabin and the river. We brought our own groceries and cooked our own meals. The one thing I would recommend is don’t bring food that needs an oven. There isn’t one. We loved being close to Rocky Mountain National Park as well. It was nice being close. We will definitely stay here again

Relaxing Getaway

We were pleased with our stay at The Evergreens on Fall River. We had requested an end unit as we were desiring peace and quiet. The staff accommodated this request. The unit is spacious and comfortable with nice views. One reason why we chose The Evergreens is no pets so the units are clean and odorless. Just a note for travelers, they do not provide paper towels or napkins so if you plan on cooking/eating in your unit, you may want to bring some. The beds are soft but comfortable. The only issue we had was with the spa tub, but upon informing Keeley of the issue she immediately took care of us and refunded the difference of cost in the rooms. My interactions with her, she was very professional! I have stayed at several locations throughout Estes and she was very professional and service oriented. I would recommend staying here.

Great family cabin, clean. Great location. Lovely Fall Creek. We had elk walk In front of our deck. Bears pawed our cars trying to get in overnight! Grill worked well. I have provided a bathroom pic since I wasn’t able to find any in any other reviews.

The pictures shown are misleading. The place is old. Tv was from the early 90s. The spa is way smaller and older than pictured. Bring your own supplies if you’re cooking. Beds were hard as a rock and everything smelled stale and old. The overall experience was nice just wish there was a little more updating and the chairs and couch were stiff.

The setting is BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. We had a lovely view of the creek and were just minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed soaking in the outdoor jacuzzi with snow all around. Just magical :)
