Lovely, clean cabin. Close to the river with nice seating/eating area. Very comfortable and quiet. Two downsides: large storage units surround the little cabin area, and directly across the river from the cabin is a large retail business and a food truck.
The cabin was great for us. Nice deck overlooking the river. Close to town. You can hear the music from the Trading Post across the river during the day, but it’s not loud. We’d stay here again. Easy check in/out process in the off hours.

River cabin
The property was very clean and wel stocked. You could tell it was older, because soon as you walk in the smell was very musty and closed up. Just need more air fresheners. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Cabin nice, just not as private as I had hoped for.

The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy.

Great cabin in a strange neighborhood
Such a cute cabin that was perfectly set up for my husband and I. 10 minutes away from RMNP where we spent all our time. Well stocked kitchen let us prepare food for our day in the park and a hearty dinner when we got home from hiking. Loved the fireplace and comfortable furniture. Spotless inside!!
The only downside was you literally drive through a mini storage facility and pull up to the cabin. Directly across the small river is a 2 story business with a messy yard. Because we were gone most of the day we eventually overlooked it because the cabin was so charming and comfortable.

Nice Riverview
The property was on the river, but you had to drive through an area with storage buildings to find it. My heart sank when we drove in, but once inside we were pleased overall with the cabin, until we went outside on the patio which faced the river. A food truck directly across from us had picnic tables and chairs lined up along the river and was blaring loud music. They did lower the music the next day, but so much for privacy and tranquility. Only other complaint was the lack of electric plug ins abd the water pressure in the bathroom. For the price, we'll seek other accommodations next time.
Great location right on the river. Very clean. Nice little cozy cabin, the only possible downside would be no air conditioning , however there were fans in the unit. Overall wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again
The cabin was spotless. Everything worked and we had everything we needed. This was our 3rd trip to Estes Park so we really love it. RMNP was fabulous as usual and elk rut is one of the most fascinating thing I’ve even seen. All in all it was a great trip. We probably won’t be back but it’s a spectacular place!
Cabin was clean and just what we needed. Location was perfect to get into town and into the park. If I had to complain (which I am not) was the lack of A/C, but we knew that going in and the temps were a little warmer than anticipated. There are fans so we were fine at night. If you are looking for convenient location to town or the park this is your place. Bed and pillows were great and comfortable also.
Loved the cabin we stayed in!! It’s stunningly beautiful along the lake. Only misconception is that it said it was a 3 minute walk to downtown. I’d say 10 minutes at a brisk walk and you have to navigate across a round a bout.
