Beautiful condo room. Loved being on lower level by the river. Was put in an ada which was not needed but still nothing to be bothered about. All appliances were awesome and functioning. Couldn't figure out how to use the dvd player but again not a big deal! Would love to have had a firepit out off our patio but again, no big deal! I think our biggest issue was check out time! Waaay to early. 11:00 am is early but pretty much the standard and we thought it was 11:00am until we got a phone call right about 10:00 am and had to scramble, no showers, no breakfast to get out in time without any extra charges. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Quiet location close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Very large rooms with full kitchen. Helpful kind staff. Definitely will back again.

I purchased a 2 bedroom suite and when I arrived at the facility I was told the no 2 bedroom suite were available and was given 2 one bedroom rooms. It was totally unsuitable as I was celebrating my birthday and the one bedroom room too crowded with 4 adults. I was very disappointed with this arrangement. I have stayed there on 2 different occasions and has excellent service and accommodations.

Allowed for early checkin, the condo I booked was incorrect and had two twins in one room and a king in the other where it should’ve been two queens. The staff came up with supplies to put the beds together and asked me if I would do it myself, I felt like I shouldn’t have to come into an unprepared room and finish it myself. After a bit of time they sent someone up to come combine the beds, we were happy with the outcome. Only one of the 3 spas were currently working, they said one was down during checkin but one of the others was freezing cold. There was an issue with my Expedia booking as well, worldmark reserved me for two condos rather than one and made checkin confusing as it seemed like I was going to be charged twice but Expedia took care of it, seem to be an issue on worldmarks end. This is our 4th time staying at worldmark estes park and we will return.

No free Wi-Fi
There was a dead bug in one of the towels in the bathroom. Front desk gave us a hard time about parking in front of their office even though there were no signs saying we couldn’t park there. There is no free Wi-Fi! You have to pay for it! On the positive side, the complex was good for families with the playground, access to the river, and hot tub and pool. Washer and dryer is inside the unit which was convenient.

Upon arrival, we entered our condo and immediately noticed an unpleasant smell. Returned to reception and they quickly changed our accommodations. The condo was very spacious and very clean. Full kitchen stocked with dishes, glassware and more. Two full bathrooms, each with its own TV. Large comfortable living room with a fireplace and a large TV. Free DVD rentals. The only negative was the outside staircase to the second level. The party above us was rather noisy. Overall, a GREAT place to stay

nice location right near the entrance to the National Park - liked the stream running thru the property - unit was clean and comfortable - only issue is the noise from the idiots above us - playing music well past 10pm until forced to stop by the front desk - then cranked it up again at 8am the next day

Weekend getaway
Stayed 2 nights at World Mark in Estes Park for my birthday. It was a wonderful property and the staff could not have been any more welcoming. Would definitely revisit and I highly recommend this property.

Very nice place to stay in Estes Park. It is like a home away from home. Love the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Only criticism I have is the couch is very uncomfortable to sit in, the cushions are flat and hard.

This is a unique property that lies along the river, which is so relaxing to listen to and enjoy from a deck or the many options for outdoor seating. The views all around are gorgeous. The two-bedroom suite we stayed in was super spacious and the bedrooms were spread out. The kitchen had the necessary utensils and even a few spices for our use. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed one of the three hot tubs on site, which was set at a comfortable temperature and allowed us to catch the occasional glance of an elk grazing (spring time) or marmot climbing on the rocks lining the river. The staff members were very welcoming and accommodating. There was plenty of parking.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had most everything needed. Had washer and dryer in unit. Nice big hot tubs. Only complaint was wifi use required a fee. They provided a pack n play which was really nice.

Superior facility, will come again.
The condo was well furnished, comfortable, quiet and spotless. It had all the amenities a family could use. Even had great outdoor propane stoves, picnic tables. Games were available on a loan basis but internet was $5.00 a night, free in office, lounge area. Staff was very helpful with dinning recommendations, etc. Great location, easy access to town and park. Elk will visit grounds every once in a while.

Everything was great. The lady's at the front were very kind and helpful. They were great on scheduling us for the hot tub. Helpful they had kitchen/ grill. Beds were comfy. Lots of space for the kids. We will definitely be back.
