Room was clean. Check in easy. Asked for non smoking room-the room had been smoked in. Possibly smell was in carpet. AC did not work efficiently. Would not maintain set temperature. Toilet seat was not secured.

Awesome stay

The hotel was wonderful! It was clean and had a great breakfast setup. The gentleman that checked us in was so sweet and accommodating. Our next trip to Esterville, we will be staying there!!!

The bed was probably the most comfortable bed my husband and slept in at a hotel. Very quiet and Estherville is a very nice town. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay. Miss Justina at the front desk was professional, accommodating and very kind. The housekeeping staff, Miss Kaley and Miss Kim were great. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Great room for our family. Lots of space for 4 days. Got the room with 3 beds, sofa, small table with 2 chairs. Could easily allow us to spread out and have my daughter and her BF come hang out with us.

Room was clean but hallways smells of smoke. Have to wait for service at front desk. Bathroom only had heat lamp. Bed was comfy and heater/ac was nice and quiet. Nice to have a fridge in room. Walls are thin, could hear others all night.

Wouldnt stay again, at any price

Was given a room that smelled like a smoking room and the check in guy insisted to me that it was a nonsmoking room. Finally gave us a new room. One of the beds could only be slept in on one side or the the bed lifted off the floor if someone sat on the other side. The shower water was hooked up so the hot water was in the labeled cold water and vis versa. The air conditioner blew up the curtains, so the air stayed between the window and the curtains. We put shoes on the sill to push the curtains against the windows. The a/c was quiet, though. The electrical outlets and the bedside lamps turned off with the light switch for the overhead light by the door. None of our phones, etc charged overnight. We left before the breakfast area opened to get to our venue in a nearby town.

Overall it is a good place to stay. There is just nothing special about this place. The only thing negative about this place is that the wifi sucks. There were 3 guests including me that would go work in our cars because we got better wifi there then in our rooms.
