"The hotel is located walking distance to the beach.it is an older style hotel with modern updates that adds character. Good breakfast, and their best asset is the staff. They love their guest to have the best time possible. Special thanks to the staff for all there help. Make sure when using airport shuttle, get to the airport 2 to 3 hours before an international flight."

"Probably best location in Cascais. We had a beach view with balcony was great and relaxing. Room was clean, decent size. Not much clothes storage but sufficient for what we took. Room safe not big enough for a laptop. Bathroom fine with toiletries provided. Shower excellent with good power. Excellent breakfast options. Rooftop sun bathing area in full sun during the day, with bar and food. Inside pool clean but we didn't use. Not far from cafes, restaurants, beaches, marina and train station. Santini's ice cream parlour just across the road is a local favourite. Trip to Lisbon (train) and Sintra (taxi/uber) a must."

"This is a beautiful, luxurious hotel in a lovely part of Portugal. Easy to get an Uber into Cascais or to the many historical tourist sights in Sintra. There is no shuttle bus and this was not clear before we arrived but we found Ubers reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would say is that there is nothing much to do in the evenings. There is a pizzeria and another more classic restaurant within walking distance. You would need to get an Uber into Cascais for anything lively. This wasn't a problem for us as we were happy with the peace and quiet. The atmosphere was extremely relaxed and the pool setting was lovely. I would recommend this hotel for peace and quiet."
