"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"Excellent and friendly staff, and fabulous breakfast, from eggs to pastries to designer coffees from 7am to 10:30am included in room cost! Our room faced road so it was noisy when window was open. Staff was unaware of short route to huge mall in area - the directions were off. We walked less than 10 min to local all inclusive mall - superb choices from the usual to gourmet food to movies for a good price! Taxi from hotel to airport was called for us and only cost 16 euros (without tip). Taxi...

"A stylish, clean and upscale hotel that was perfect for us. It is about a mile away from the center but that did not bother us. An easy walk or uber ride away. Loved the service, very responsive. The bar is absolutely a gem. Highly recommend this place."

"An elegant hotel, quite grand and very nicely decorated to fit the period of the building. Staff were very helpful. Good location, few bars and places to eat nearby. About 15 minutes walk to the busier parts of the city. Loved the library on the to floor and balcony. Honesty bar a nice touch. Room and bathroom very spacious. "

"The hotel is beautiful and grand, and is located around a 35 minute walk from the central part of Lisbon. The quality of the breakfast was excellent and everything is prepared to order but the service is "leisurely", don't expect to be finished quickly! The gardens are a lovely spot to have a drink after visiting the city. Some areas need some improvements, for example there was some mould in the bathroom and the furniture in our room was very stained. However overall this was a lovely place to explore Lisbon. Be aware there isn't a lift and all rooms are accessed via steep stairs."

"Bel appartement avec beaucoup de potentiel. Très bien situé et très éclairé; mis à part les oreillers, le lit est très confortable. Points faibles : pour un long sejour, il manque quelques éléments à l'appartement pour être no.1 genre papier hygiénique, savon pour la lessive et pour le lave-vaisselle. Enfin (l'hotel n'y est pour rien) le bruitet extérieur et ce jusqu'à tard le soir. Heureusement resto, bistro, bar qui sont dans le quartier ferment à 00h. Donc, pour les couche tôt, à éviter. Quelques éléments à réparer: le banc de toilette, la poignée du lave-vaisselle, la porte de l'armoire qui cache le lave-linge, le plafonnier de la pièce du garde-robe, la lampe muralr à gauche du lit. Malgré tout, nius avons grandement apprécié notre séjour au Severa Apartements "
