Appartement très agréable avec sa terrasse couverte et le jardin gazonné que notre petit fils de 2 ans à bien apprécié. Equipement correct mais avons regretté grands plats pour le four ou marmitte pour pièces poisson ou crustacé entiers. La ria d'Etel est remarquable et bien centrée pour essaimer dans les environs. Literie acceptable même si le sommier est de qualité moyenne lorsqu'on souffre du dos. En contrepartie, la résidence est d'un calme appréciable et la grande baie vitrée permet de se sentir comme dehors même quand la fraicheur du soir oblige à se retrancher à l'intérieur. Prêt à en profiter à nouveau.... Très bon point pour la qualité de l'accueil des personnes de l'agence.
très bel appartement spacieux et propre.
Pour moi il manque un peu de vaisselle exemple il y a un four mais pas de plats pour y aller et pas de manique .
pour le ménage il y a un sceau a récurer et serpillière mais pas le balai brosse .
ce sont des détails sinon parfait .
La location est proche du port de plaisance sans être au bord de rue à la vue de tous. Balades au bord de mer, plage, petits commerces accessibles à pied.
