Ethnographic Museum

We stayed in 5 hotels this recent trip throughout Madrid, San Sebastián And Mallorca. This is the only one we would not rebook. It is a good location and the check in lady was nice. However, it’s not a hotel- the check in process was difficult and More like an Airbnb where you need to contact someone to let you in but no one answered initially, it was on the wrong floor, the picture shown is of a different building. There are no toiletries other than a tiny tiny bottle of shampoo for 3 days for two people, no conditioner or body wash and not enough shampoo to last more than a shower. The shower was dirty. The room is tiny and the hallways etc smelled. No one changed our towels or made the bed or offered any type of service. Throughout our different travels this is the first negative review we’ve ever left.

Great location and a good breakfast. There were only shutters so it was bright at night. Very busy area.
