"Sugar ants were in the room. Not a huge deal, but not great. Ample parking but you have to pay $10 per night using a QR code. I don't mind paying for parking but the QR code was a pain. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Overall, we felt it was a very safe area."

"Pool was green and unable to swim. The placery says online that it closed at 12. Was informed by staff that if it closed at 11, I tried to order a couple of drinks before 11 and was informed everything was already shut down. Did nothing about the kids running up and down the hallways at 12am. Will not be returning."

"Clean rooms, excellent location and a wonderful property."

"Clean rooms at a great location. Air conditioning wasn’t working but we didn’t complain since we had such a short stay. We let the front desk know when we checked out. Breakfast was an extra fee so we went to the Waffle House across the parking lot. Best Waffle House. Great service. Don’t rely on the shuttle to Truist park. We were already a little late for the Braves game. The shuttle had to drop off passengers at Chastain park first so after sitting around concert traffic, we didn’t get there until the 6th inning. After the game, we stood out at the pick up location for about 30 min after requesting a shuttle. We ended up getting an uber back to the hotel, paid $30. Good hotel, a little dated. Great location. Just park at the ballpark. "

"Staff not fully trained to answer questions or deal with issues, especially concerning mistakes with payments. The rooms are poorly equipped - one spoon in the kitchen, one hand towel in the bathroom for a week's stay. The floor of the room was dirty, as evidenced by the state of our socks or feet from walking around it for a short period of time. Wouldn't stay here again. "

"Room balcony dirty, shower amenities to high on the wall to be easily used. Water out of shower was rusty for 4 minutes before it cleared up. Bathroom sink took almost 5 minutes to drain. Draperies covering the balcony slider was torn. No "Do Not Disturb"hanger for door. Sleep sofa upholstery in the suite area was dirty and stained. No suitcase stand to put suitcase on to unload. This was by far one of the poorest Marriott Courtyards I have ever stayed in. Never will stay at this one again."
