Gite Etretat center with garden and parking

  • Charming house in the heart of Etretat classified three stars located in a very quiet courtyard with a parking space and an enclosed garden, located 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to all shops.
    Recently restored with the typical spirit of our region.
    Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room, bathroom, bedroom 1 (160/200 bed) and office.
    1st Floor: bedroom 2 (140/190 bed), bedroom 3 (90/190 bed) and closet.
    Bed linen, basic groceries, toilet paper, household product are included in the price.
    The beds will be made.
    Towels are extra:
    (A large + a small + a glove) € 5 per person per stay.
    Baby kit: deckchair, travel cot with mattress, high chair, bathtub (on request)
    Secure key case.
    A garden with enclosed terrace: five deckchairs to enjoy the sun, barbecues (a charcoal + an electric).

    Two bicycles without helmet. ( on demand)
    Your pet will be welcome

Lovely property - great location

This is a small, but lovely property, right in the centre of Etretat, but not on a main road. There was parking available in the courtyard and there is a pretty garden. Two bikes were available for us to use too. Francoise was very prompt at arriving, was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property for a visit to Etretat.

A wonderful house in a magnificant place

We liked it a lot. In the centre of the very nice place Étretat The house was wonderful only 5 min walk from the beachwe had a great week with my 3 girlfriends. Cozy house in the center of Étretat

A wonderful house, well looked after. You got all you need if you're looking for a home away from home. The best part is a parking spot right in front of the house. Françoise allowed us to bring our two cats and they blended in immediately. Françoise is very caring and supportive. We just fell in love with it. It is secluded in a quiet neighborhood but still only 5 minutes away from everything

This is a lovely little apartment! It was exactly as advertised. Francoise was available for any questions; and even though we had a language barrier, we understood one another just fine. She let us know about the local market day. The home had everything the two of us needed and I wouldn't hesitate to encourage others to stay here.

The location of the house is excellent. We especially liked the bakery around the corner. It is a short distance from the house to the beach and beautiful walking trails and a wonderful golf course. The house is well maintained and functional. The yard was especially beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedroom had a good bed and good bedding. The washroom is spacious and clean. We can recommend the house to others and se will consider returning there ourselves.

Hidden gem

Françoise’s cottage is perfection. Tucked away off street with several other charming homes, yet private and quiet, with its own lovely garden, yard and patio. It’s immaculately clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Park your car in the private drive, then it’s a short walk everywhere in town and to the beach and cliff trail, which are breathtaking. There’s even a boulangerie at the corner (unfortunately closed the days we were there). Françoise was friendly and welcoming and we very much appreciatedm the bottle of cider! We had a lovely stay and would definitely return!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Etretat. Das kleine Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage im Zentrum und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Der kleine Garten war wunderbar für unseren Hund und für uns, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Kontakt zu Francoise sehr freundlich. Das Wohnzimmer/ Esszimmer könnte gemütlicher gestaltet werden, aber für uns war es okay. Etretat ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für weitere Erkundungen in der Umgebung. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Sie ist zentral gelegen (1.min zum Bäcker, 2. min ins Zentrum, 6 min. zum Strand) und trotzdem absolute ruhig. Sehr, sehr wichtig incl. Parkplatz, was in Etrate absolut notwendig ist. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist und die Matratze sind wirklich bequem. Das Haus ist ein Ruhepol in der Hektik des Ortes. Wir können es nur empfehlen. P.S. Durch die Einzeunung auch sehr gut mit Hund geeignet.

Mooi huis met besloten tuin en parkeerplek

Heerlijk om te verblijven, bakker om de hoek, midden in dorp. Heel schoon en er waren nog levensmiddelen (kruiden, olijfolie, koffie etc) om te gebruiken. Fijne tuin met terras. Als je met 5 personen bent, is alleen één bank in de niet zo gezellige woonkamer wat weinig. Heerlijke bedden, prima badkamer.

Super verblijf!

Leuke ontvangst en alles goed geregeld! De woning is super aangenaam en proper. Gelegen op een super locatie en de parking is een enorme meerwaarde. Ook de tuin is echt onbetaalbaar als je een hond bij hebt.

Schöner Urlaub in einzigartiger Umgebung

Wir habeneinen schönen und entspannten Urlaub verlebt. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und es war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen oder reinigen benötigt. Die Lage war super direkt am Ortskern und auch für Ausflüge nach Le Havre, Rouen oder weitere Ortschaften an der Küste bot er sich sehr zentral an. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und der Steinstrand hatte so seine Tücken (auf jeden Fall Wasserschuhe). Die Klippen waren beeindruckend und der ganze Küstenabschmitt ist sehr geschichtsträchtig. Abschließend noch,als vielen Dank an unsere sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.
