Great hotel

I love that little hotel. It was a bit time- worn and the rooms were tiny, but it was so charming and it's in the best location. Amazing, friendly service too. I would definitely stay there again! Great restaurant across the street as well.

This property is only steps away from the beach and the walkways into both directions of the fallaises. It is opposite a gorgeous medieval house with a good restaurant and other dining options around. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast met our expectations.

Family Trip Great Hotel

We had two rooms on two floors for our family if 5. It was perfect. The location can’t be beat- we were able to hike all morning and then stop in to shower before walking to the shops and dinner.

Wonderful, central location near the water. Downside is crazy (very busy tourist attraction at the cliffs) parking and absence of elevator. Staff work hard to make you welcome.

Overpriced shabby hotel with rude service

The hotel is clean but pretty shabby. Outdated rusted plumbing in the bathroom and rude staff. Supposedly they have free parking for guests. We arrived late at night so had to park on the street. Upon early checkout I asked if we could re park or car in their free garage at least until checkout time. The response was that since we just checked out, we could not use their parking garage. Then I suggested that we change our check out time until it was due, and then the person said that they don’t have any space in their parking garage. So, I guess they do have parking for guests, but not for all guests at any rate.

Hôtel convenable, sans plus. Les chambres sont petites, le tapis des corridors est taché ou abimé. Malgré tout, les lits sont confortables. Un petit nettoyage du mur et du plafond de la salle de bain pour y enlever les traces de moisissures serait un minimum.

Hotel is wat ouderwets maar de bedden liggen comfortabel. Er zijn op loopafstand van het hotel verschillende soorten restaurants. In het hoogseizoen zijn er heel veel toeristen waardoor er weinig parkings beschikbaar zijn. Gelukkig biedt het hotel garageboxen aan tegen een vergoeding.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement

Séjour de 2 nuits vraiment décevant. Chambre sale dès l’arrivée (poussière, cheveux, capsules, lavabo bouché), ménage non fait le 2e jour, serviettes à aller chercher soi-même. Place de parking réservée pour deux nuits, mais relouée à une autre personne le 2e soir. Et aucune vraie réponse de la part du personnel, juste « C’est les filles… ». Aucun sens des responsabilités, aucune organisation. C’est dommage, car l’emplacement est excellent. Mais le service est totalement à revoir. Je suis sympa je ne met pas les photos.

Très bien placé dans le Centre. Inconvénient : pas de parking des box à disposition mais à 900 mètre de l'hôtel et assez onéreux. Petit déjeuner : cher pour le rapport qualité prix

Très bien accueillie par l’hôtesse. Chambre très petite avec présence de moisissures sur les rideaux ainsi que sur les parois de douche. Présence d’une fuite d’eau au niveau du bac à douche. La chambre n’est pas isolée, nous pouvons participer aux discussions voisines de notre propre chambre. Nous avons été dérangés à plusieurs reprises, par le claquement de portes des voisins. Non, pas de leur faute mais celle des portes que l’on ne peux retenir. Agent très aimable et serviable d’un accueil très chaleureux. La matière des draps de lits ainsi que celle des serviettes apportes un confort maximal. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les falaises. Gros coup de cœur pour l’emplacement ainsi que le confort du lit après une bonne journée de marche. Avec le sourire de l’hôtesse en prime en arrivant.

A éviter à cause des petits dejeuners spartiates

Le personnel est compétent et réceptif à nos besoins. Nous avons pu ainsi bénéficier d'une chambre au rez de chaussée au lieu du second étage et d'un garage payant pour la voiture. Par contre le petit déjeuner est une honte : restriction sur le pain, sur le beurre, pas de fruit

Parfait

Hôtel parfaitement bien situé. La chambre est standard avec douche et toilettes séparées de la pièce à vivre. Le personnel est juste parfait extrêmement souriant poli et avenant. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement exceptionnel la quantité est plus que correcte et le choix est très bien.

Hotel a due passi dal mare. Personale super disponibile e professionale anche nel gestire e risolvere nell’immediato un mio errore di prenotazione. Nonostante la storicità e fascino della srruttura, le stanze sono molto calde e accoglienti anche quando all’esterno c’è la neve. Ci ritornerei volentieri e lo consiglio.
