"This hotel is in a great location. There were a few minor problems: a broken window shade, a TV with no cable box (there was a 2nd TV in the suite) and a card key that didn't always work, but the staff was always accommodating and quick to fix any problem. The breakfast was very good."

"The staff were very competent and friendly. The pool and spa facilities were superb. The breakfast was extremely varied and well stocked with hot food where applicable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a good amount of pressure and was easy to adjust temperature."

"We enjoyed the stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found the night receptionist friendly and helpful, and we liked that the location was close to the train station and other public transit. The price to park was a bit steep, though we appreciated that the large garage was available next door. The only real negative was the elevators; for a relatively large hotel, they had a small capacity and took forever, which wasn't great for a family with a kid in a stroller."
