"The apartment was very well equipped, clean and tidy and convenient for visiting the Harz Mountain area. We had beautiful weather the whole week we were there and enjoyed sitting on the balcony when we weren’t going for walks or visiting ancient towns. Relaxing in the hills

"Chosen for its location, the hotel did not disappoint. Seemed popular amongst the older generation as a holiday base, offering half-board at a good standard and included drinks with dinner. My junior suite was enormous but no air-con, although there were plenty of windows, which opened fully. Not much to do in the locality and the exterior could do with a facelift. Good wi-fi speed. My only real gripe was the very thin curtains, which did little to block the early morning light. "
