Karen was a wonderful hostess and her home is beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful and it was convenient to Providence Canyon State Park. We would recommend to others traveling in the area.

Absolutely stunning property. Karen was delightful and made our stay perfect. So glad we found this lovely property. Breakfast was divine.

Karen was incredible, best breakfast I've had in years! Whitest, cleanest towels in the cottage. Only issue were the critters, which is inevitable in that 90s heat. I recommend some raid and maybe a bit more emphasis on spider webs other than that absolutely perfect.

Thank you for your review! I am so pleased you enjoyed your three course, fresh, made to order breakfast. All the feedback I get from guests tells they appreciate having options and that hey are not served a pre-made breakfast "casserole of the day".I am sorry to hear about the experience with the bug that got into your cottage. I saw where you smushed the inconsiderate little intruder. You are correct, this time of year in the south, regardless of precautions, one of those little stinkers could make their way inside. I did do a good spray around the cottage and will have the exterminators give special attention to the cottage on their next service.Thank you again for staying!
