Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a last minute booking, but we were very happy with our rental. The only thing I didn’t expect was spiral stairs. I would definitely book again.

Great stay at Carlton Landing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The North Gable-Bunkhouse was perfect for our last minute weekend in Carlton Landing. The location is perfect. It is across from the bocce ball courts and an easy walk to the food trucks and meeting house. The apartment is upstairs (above a clothing shop). The main floor has a small kitchenette and a living area that comfortably sits 4. The sleeping quarters is located up the narrow stairs with beds for 6 (all one room). I think having 6 people stay in the apartment would be a little cramped, especially given there is only 1 bathroom. The apartment is located in a complex that has pool, hot tub, and outdoor deck to share with 5 other rentals. There is easy parking a short walk away and a private garage for a golf cart. We would consider staying here again for a short stay.
