Spacious main house with 4 king bedrooms, including a master with a luxurious ensuite featuring double showers and a soaker tub. The basement is perfect for kids with 4 twin beds. Multiple decks offer stunning Lake Eufaula sunset views. The garage apartment sleeps 6 with a king bed, queen loft, pull-out couch, full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Located in walkable Carlton Landing with neighborhood amenities.

Main Home
Entry Level

Open concept with a fully stocked kitchen (includes basic spices and oil), dining room with large table, and living room with Smart TV. Laundry room and half bath for convenience. King bedroom with private balcony and ensuite bath with shower only. Large balcony off the kitchen/dining/living area features a big table for gathering and enjoying evening meals with lake views.

Lower Level

Perfect for kids or extra guests with 4 twin bunk beds, Smart TV, shuffleboard game, and kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, and toaster oven. Walk out to a covered patio overlooking the lake with access to the pellet grill and firepit for evening fun.

Upper Level

Three king bedrooms, including the luxurious primary suite with Smart TV, spa bath with soaking tub and double showers, and a private balcony with panoramic lake views. The two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub and shower, and one includes its own private balcony.

Garage Apartment-

Sleeps 6 with a king bedroom, queen loft, queen pull-out sofa, full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. Note: the apartment requires a flight of stairs to access, and the queen loft has steep stairs. Smaller children and elderly guests should use with caution.
**A $175 pet fee applies to all reservations with pets. All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation at the time of booking. This fee does not apply to service animals as defined by law.

***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.

1- Please keep dogs off furniture and bedding. When dogs are outside, please keep them on a leash. Pick up and bag all pet waste.
2- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
3- No smoking or vaping inside the house. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard.
5-If parking in Carlton Landing community lot please use the QR code of the refrigerator for the permit.

This place was fabulous! Property management was very responsive when I reached out to them. The home was so accommodating. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already provided. We can’t wait to come back to visit Carlton Landing, and we hope when we do, we are able to stay at this same home.
