  • Spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just 3 minutes from the Eufaula Cove boat ramp/yogi bear. In-town location for local dining, winery, and grocery stores. Perfect convenience for fishermen, families, multiple couples or a group of friends. The Epilimnion offers a full kitchen, dining room, multiple TV's, and washer/dryer. Parking for up to 6 boats with outlet access for overnight charging and carport coverage. Enjoy the back patio and grilling area for relaxing after a day on the lake. City park across the street for kids.
