Perfect Townhouse

Stayed here with family of 5 (all adults) for the Olympic Track Trials and it was the perfect location. Townhouse had all you might need and accommodated us all well. Owner very attentive to a few minor issues that were resolved quickly.

Perfect Location

We stayed in Eugene for a wedding and the location was perfect. The location was quiet and a great place to just relax. Everyone has their own room and space to just hang out. The house is just a short distance from the U of O campus but even better it has quick access to I-5 so we could jump on to get to other location. A great place to stay!

Excellent Property

Our family had a wonderful time in Eugene for the Ducks / Illinois football game and it started with the accommodations. The house was wonderful and felt brand new. The communication with the owner was A+ and we’d highly recommend this property for your stay in the Eugene area. About 2 miles from the heart of the U of O campus.

Amazing and easy

From check in to check out the house is very organized and warming with a modern feel. I have three kids and we all had our own rooms. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable. Very close to town and I would definitely rent again, thanks Ryan!

Great townhouse for tennis team

Townhouse is set up well for adults staying together. Impeccably clean, nice beds and linens and nice furnishings. Modern and up to date. Bathrooms are well stocked and equipped The property was quiet and great off street parking.
