    This a modern industrial ADU in the Whiteaker neighborhood of Eugene. Newly constructed by yours truly with personalized touches all throughout the home. Across the street is Sladden Park and one block from the river path, perfect for walks and picnics. The "Brewery District" is steps away, you are among the best bars, galleries, restaurants, and music in the neighborhood. The suite is all yours with privacy, but guests will enjoy sharing the outdoor patio space w/ host & Dog.
