  • Townhome in the south hills of Eugene.Each room gets natural light and the main floor has floor to ceiling windows overlooking beautiful treeline and hills of Eugene. This home is centrally located without the noise- enjoy a silent neighborhood, spot some deer, turkey, or bird-watch to your heart's content. You are 10 minutes away from the university or downtown, and a 5 minute drive to all major roads and highways. Parking for two cars is included in the driveway!

    Accessibility: This is a 3 story townhome on a very steep driveway. A vehicle with ramp can fit in the driveway, however, the place itself is stairs only. There are two stairs leading up to the front door. The entryway is separate and you must take stairs to go up or down to access the house. Those with physical disability who use mobility devices would need to be assisted to move floor to floor.
