We stayed for one night to attend an event at Knight Arena. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The property is older, and could use a little cosmetic updating, but the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the location across from the arena was exactly what we wanted. We had no complaints about our stay and would stay there again.

Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and comfortable, everything worked, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and it was literally just across the street from Matthew Knight Arena.

Very courteous staff. I am a housekeeping Supervisor and every hotel I check into over the past couple of years has always been dirty, so I don't enjoy staying at them, I always clean the room and check for bed bugs before I bring my luggage in. I did not have to do that here. Plus they have a heated pool and continental breakfast.
