The living space is designed for ultimate comfort, with stained concrete floors and a kitchenette featuring Paperstone countertops and modern appliances. The home also incorporates eco-friendly elements such as blue jean insulation, a tankless water heater, solar electric system, LED lighting, and an Energy Recovery Ventilator. Plus, all wood finishes and paint are low-VOC for a healthier indoor environment.



Exploring the Redwood Coast is a breeze when you stay at this rental. Redwood National & State Parks, Old Town Eureka, and the charming town of Arcata are all just a short drive away. You can also take a day trip to the nearby beaches of Trinidad or visit the Sequoia Park & Sequoia Park Zoo, which are within walking distance from the cottage.



Guests also have free WiFi access and use of a gas grill for outdoor dining. Plus, the home features a 40-amp Level 2 EV charger (SAE J1772) for electric vehicles.
