Lilac Victorian Downstairs-Spacious Water-View Apartment in Historic Old Town

Praised for its spacious layout and Victorian charm, this downstairs apartment blends historic character with modern comfort.

Nestled in historic Old Town, this home is only a short stroll from boutique shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The bay is just a block away, and the famous Carson Mansion—one of the most photographed Victorian homes in the world—is right around the corner.
