The Beaver Lake House is a beautiful, 1400 sq ft conventional home that features a brand new Hot Tub! NEW flooring on main level with updated furnishings, One King bedroom and one Queen bedroom and 1 bath with Whirlpool jetted tub, and a large open living room with queen sleeper sofa, full-fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large deck with BBQ camp-grill and a SPECTACULAR FULL 180-degree views of Beaver Lake and surrounding mountain side.
We are located just 1 1/2 miles from Starkey Marina where you can rent pontoon boats. It's just a 15-20-minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs. Please note that you will not have garage access.
The Lake House is roughly 500 ft from our boat dock. We suggest driving down. Does have a beautiful Lake View not lake front. Inquire about extra's such as: Couples Massages, Gourmet Chocolates, Roses.
This house does have a game room, washer & dryer, however they are only available when renting this unit as a two story. To rent this as a two story, please see VRBO listing 4035572.
