Bella Paradiso Condo #5: Is a King studio with a private bath and Coffee, Fridge and Toaster Oven. WiFi is also available. Cable is not provided, however there is a smart TV with Roku and you can use your own streaming accounts. The front porch has a seating area that provides a great place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening wind down drink of choice. The condo is in walking distance to the Historic Downtown of Eureka Springs.

Other Things to Note:

The Bella Paradiso Condominiums are located at the gateway to Downtown Eureka Springs on the South side of the Historic Downtown. There are sidewalks leading you to the nightlife, restaurants, shopping, museums and historic charm of Eureka Springs.



Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property.  It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster.  Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.  *Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video).  Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying us will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property.  If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, we will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night.  Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.



Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.



Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.
