Good location with a downtown trolley bus stopping right outside. Clean and tasteful rooms. The receptionist Gabriel went above and beyond being helpful. Good value for money motel that l would stay at again if l go overnight to Eureka Springs.

Rooms are very nice. You have to like extra firm mattresses, which we do, because they are like backboards. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is people smoking outside their rooms instead of away from the building because you cannot leave your door open for fresh air, smells like smoke.

Our room was super clean and very modern/updated, with super easy check in/door access right on your phone The area around the motel could have been a bit more tidy, looked like the steps hadn't been sweep for a while and could use a coat of paint Overall was very pleased and will stay again, mattress was sooooo comfortable, slept like a baby

You definitely get what you pay for. I did find a couple bugs (dead and alive) in various places, including in one of the beds. But other than that, it seemed pretty clean. It was a good, cheap place to stay and gave us a comfortable bed to sleep on so it did the job!

We were on bikes and the staff was very hospitable offering rags to wipe our bikes down when we needed them or just anything we needed a bike parking area for them would be a huge improvement there weee several places to eat within walking distance

Not sure about all rooms but our first room the heater did not work so we sent a text and was told to move to the room next door. Everything was done online via texting ncluding check in and check out. Both of these rooms looked nothing like the rooms in the photos so maybe we were stuck in old rooms because we had a special Expedia rate. Room difinitely were old but seemed mostly clean. Heaters and air conditioners old and quite noisy.

The check in was simple and quick, just pick up the key and go. The room was clean, the bed comfy; overall a good experience if you're looking for an affordable stay in Eureka. Only one small suggestion would be to leave the WiFi password displayed somewhere in the room. Otherwise, not bad, not bad at all.

Nice time, pleasant place to stay.

Overall it was great! The beds were a little hard for my personal preference, but the room was clean, everything waa functional, and the staff was super friendly and nice. Within minutes from great attractions and restaurants and downtown eureka springs.

Relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

My stay at Candlewick was rejuvenating and delightful. The owners and staff are extremely hospitable and gracious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the Jacuzzi tub was new, very clean and luxurious. The grounds are sereen and beautiful and the price is amazing
