We enjoyed our stay at the house so much. It was it a great location, close to food and places we wanted to visit. The house was comfortable, clean, and we recommend it highly.
Had a nice stay at this property. There was a plumbing issue and the owner took care of it promptly. It had everything we needed and is in a nice location. If you want to have a relaxing soak, there are two jacuzzi tubs!
The house was very cozy and exactly as listed. It was definitely the peaceful weekend away we were hoping for. The host was was great. If we go back to Eureka Springs, this is where we'll stay.
My husband and I and 4 of our girls,15-20, stayed for 4 days while visiting my sister and we had a great stay. The cottage was cozy and conveniently located. It was a beautiful area.
The house was great for a quick trip to Eureka Springs. There is a great outdoor space and it is a short walk to restaurants and shops. Gary, the host, was very friendly and communicative and check-in/check-out was a breeze.
Had the best time! House is walking distance from everything we wanted to do. We went back and forth from Down town every day, drove out to beaver lake 20 min away, house was comfortable clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation!
This was our 2nd stop of our 5 cities in Arkansas and we loved Eureka Springs. This home was just perfect for our time here and we loved the porch and just watching life go by. We would love to know the history of this home because it just felt like a step back into time. This home was very conveniently located to everything that we did while visiting Eureka Springs.
Quaint Cottage with perfect Eureka Springs location
The house was perfect Eureka Springs architecture and location along a bluff rock wall and creek through the front. We enjoyed the quietness of the house, outdoor fire pit and seating. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee, especially when the deer came up to graze. Thank you Gary for our perfect stay!

Vintage home on Main. 15 min walk to downtown. Lots of parking room. Had good communication with owner as weather was turning very cold. Had no issues. Good stay with an easy walk to downtown Eureka.
My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. The old house brought back good memories of spending time at our Grandparent's home when we were young. The location is great close to everything. Lots of fun things to do in Eureka Springs. be sure you have a GPS, you will need it to get around.
Cute cottage close to downtown and easy access and parking great!
Cozy cottage and host very attentive to your needs. Well stocked. We were able to walk to downtown. Great for a family retreat for holidays! We loved Eureka Springs and the location and parking. Great fireplace and jetted tubs for a good soak. The one bed in the master was a little uncomfortable on one side but the other beds were great!
Excellent location close to everything. All amenities were as listed, and the beds were comfortable. Temperature controls were great. The dogs were happy, and we were grateful we could bring them with us. Downstairs bathroom made it easy for my 82 year old mother. Great kitchen. We would definitely book again.
Small home with hardwood floors and comfortable decor. Master bedroom upstairs. Second bed and a daybed on either side of the stairs. All guests go into the main bedroom for bathroom. Basic amenities.
Quaint historic 2 story close to everything. The well-equipped kitchen, bath, living and dining rooms are downstairs with the bedrooms and another bath with shower upstairs. The house stayed nice and cool, but we spent most of our time sitting on the porches or the outside patio table. A grill is provided that we used to cook on to avoid going out to eat for every meal. We did not get to meet Gary, but he was quick to communicate and answer any of our questions. We would recommend this place and stay there again if ever back in E.S.
This is an older home located at the end of the Main Street in Eureka. It is full of amazing, antique furniture that creates a cozy atmosphere. Fully stocked. I loved that there were plenty of towels unlike hotels that ration 1-2 towels.
We were able to bring our pets. This is important to us when traveling. The yard was full of smells that the dogs LOVED. The house next to us had deer visiting. Was a lovely surprise!
The location is close enough to downtown that you could walk. We opted to drive. The neighborhood is quiet. This was our 2nd time staying here.
Gary was great at communicating before our arrival.

Very well maintained old Victorian style home. All bedrooms are up a small staircase that is typical for a home of the era which means steps are a bit steeper than today's modern homes. But owners have installed two stair rails that really help with safety. I mention this as I was traveling with my elder mother for the stay. There are two jacuzzi tubs which my grandson really enjoyed and the upstairs bathroom has a small shower as well. It is a very cute home and loved the porches to sit outside. It is very close to town. Definitely walkable and if the trolley is running very convenient as well. The owner is very responsive.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a family or small group of friends
