Clean room, comfy bed, & walking distance to downtown, love the decorations. The only thing we didn't like was that bright light just in front of the front door outside, way too bright when we were sleeping even we closed all the blinds.

Such a cool apartment! Loved the speakeasy style decor and the location was perfect. So easy to walk to the main areas of downtown Eureka. The bed was really comfortable and it was stocked with everything we needed. we didn't cook but they do have a two burner electric stove in the cabinet to use if needed. Also had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker with coffee provided and powder creamer. The assigned parking spot is a huge perk as well. We 100% would stay here again.

Birthday weekend

The property was clean and decorated nice. GPS does not do the best at getting you to the property with the extreme twists and turns of the steep roads in eureka springs but we eventually got there. My biggest issue that needs addressing is the very bright morning sun shining through front double glass doors. It was impossible to sleep in so to speak. The bright patio security lights at night was not much better. Also when asking a client to wash the dishes before leaving, there were no rags or kitchen towels or dish rack nothing. One small brush and some dawn , so I placed dishes on paper towels. Overall a nice property.
