Living room has full size sleeper sofa, recliners and chair with tv. Sun room features beautiful views of the golf course, dining table and chairs, full size sleeper sofa, wingback chairs and tv. We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and city centre Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Cancellation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancellation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancellation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property is eight (six adults and two children). There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. No pets.
