    The Space:

    The Relax at 19 Mermaid Room features cozy updates in a spacious private room with a balcony overlooking a wooded area. With a modern contemporary space to come back and relax after a day of exploring everything Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake/Table Rock Lake has to offer, you will wish you never have to leave!



    With plenty of off-street parking available, walk 1 block to the trolley stop nearby to go downtown and shop, eat, and play. Easy access to Highway 62 (Van Buren) to drive 15 minutes to Beaver Lake, Table Rock Lake, or the White River. Less than 5 minutes to the Great Passion Play, and a 5 minute walk to the Van Buren restaurant scene featuring Rockin' Pig Saloon, Thai House, HI Coffee and Ice Cream, and Eureka Springs Eats and Sweets.



    This guest suite is located in a private residence, with dedicated, private entry. There are no shared spaces. We promote contactless check-in, but are available if you need us.



    The room features a microwave, mini fridge, and wifi, Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Eureka Springs Trip

Host was responsive, check in and check out were easy, and the place was a short drive from historic down town. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a very cozy, quiet room located at the end of a dead end road. It is not large but includes a comfortable bed, sitting chair and bar height table with 2 chairs. There is an enclosed toilet with a separate shower stall and sink. It includes a K cup coffee maker (so feel free to bring your own coffee) and a dorm sized fridge. We bought a bag of ice and it kept nicely in the fridge but would recommend bringing an ice chest. We did not research the trolley system but there is supposedly a trolley stop nearby. We did use Uber/Lyft and they had no problem finding the room. Although you should know there are few drivers and it can be tough to get one during peak daytime hours, we didn’t have any problems with nighttime hours. There is also a restaurant called Mike’s Kitchen & Cantina that is a very short walk away. It is a restaurant/sports bar that had a ton of tv’s for watching games and the food is excellent. An interesting note: this is a house that has been modified or added on to and there are actually 3 separate rooms available to reserve. If traveling with friends this might be a good place to consider. We had no reason to reach out to the host for anything but imagine they would have been very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our weekend

We had great experience. Bed was super comfortable. We knew we wouldn’t be in room much, so weren’t looking for huge house to stay in. This was very quaint. Recommend staying here!

Property was nice, room was easy to access and was nice and clean. Only suggestion would be an additional trash can next to coffee / fridge as there was only one where toilet was located so you had to walk all your trash over. Other than that, it me our needs perfectly.
