Owners are very friendly and accommodating to guests. Very clean, maintained and friendy owners. Had a really good time while in the A frame. River is a little further than stated in description , but over all a very nice place to stay.
The property rests in a gorgeous valley surrounded by the Ozarks. We were hesitant at first with the bathrooms being far, but we barely noticed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet weekend away next to a lovely river. Also, make sure you look up, the stars are breathtaking!

Clean but disappointing
The AFrame is cute and as pictured. It was very clean and cute decor. We were aware the bathroom was away and shared, also very clean. There are no amenities here. What is called a prep kitchen area is a counter, a sink, a coffee maker, a mini fridge. A grill is outside. No mention in description or in any messaging that they supply nothing to eat with. No plates, utensils, knives, skillets, hand towels, grill utensils, nothing to actually function for our stay. We had to do a quick run to store to buy items we could have brought from home if we knew. Alot of frustration to start our 2 night stay.
The propane in grill ran out the 1st morning we used it. They did promotely come change it. The porch burned out, they didn't change it(yes they were told). The string light over picnic table didnt work.
Over all they are out to make money on this property without putting much effort into the hospitality side of how the guests vacation is affected. Will not recommend it.
