However, breakfast needs improvement—the selection is limited and the quality is below expectations. Reception service was inconsistent: we were mistakenly charged twice despite prepayment, with no goodwill gesture offered, and there was conflicting information about Sunday late check-out (Wi-Fi portal suggested up to 17:00, while staff quoted a €16 fee after 15:00). The room was also cold, and the AC did not work properly. On a positive note, the restaurant was excellent, with very good food and friendly service—much better than the breakfast team’s attitude."
