"The cold water valve in the shower is completely stripped. I had to wrestle with it just turn it on and it took me 5 minutes to try to turn it off. The hotel clerk mentioned that it was “finicky” but “broken” would be more accurate. Towels smelled like smoke. The walls were stained and filthy.
