The home sits on a quiet street within Riverwood Plantation, home to Champions Retreat golf course and has a newly renovated backyard for entertaining. Within the house itself, there are multiple tv's including one in each bedroom, fully equipped with Wi-Fi, and internet TV. The bedrooms in the home lay out as follows:

Main Level: bedroom 1 - Queen bed with attached bath, Kitchen, Living room, Dining room and Breakfast table
Second Level: Master Bedroom One king bed with master bath Sofa in bedroom: Two Separate bedrooms one with a Queen bed and another with a full, bedroom with full bed has private bath, fourth bed room has a pull out sofa and shares bathroom with another bedroom.
