Masters Week Rental 20+ yrs renting! Can help with the total package!

I have rented my homes to golf enthusiasts coming to Augusta for the Masters Tournament. I love the location of my house because I am only 6.5 miles away or only 3 turns and you are at the Masters Patron parking area, but without the traffic congestion. The house is 3300+ sf, quite roomy, so everyone has their privacy. All rooms on Main Floor with one Large King size Bedroom and bath upstairs. Master bedroom with large bathroom, with Queen Bedroom and Double bedrooms down their own hallway with a shared bathroom which has a separate toilet/shower room from the sink and vanity area. Large greatrrom with large TV, Den with large TV, I also have TV ON BACK PORCH where you can come back from the course, have a cocktail, and watch the hi lights from the day! All linens are 100% cotton and all beds have nice mattresses. Looking at the pictures you will see the deck with grill and frig, looking out to the pool. I am a clean freak - so house is clean!
