The front desk staff was very nice. The hotel is wonderful, i love the porch light outside my door that i can turn on and off! The room was spacious for a standard, and clean and comfortable. I slept so well. I also love that there is a good restaurant on premises. This was my second stay at the Dunmar and anytime im in Evanston I will choose this hotel.

This may be the best kept secret in Evanston. Huge rooms, they’ve done a good job updating, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve had. Because it’s from a restaurant and not the hotel itself it absolutely just good. They were helpful and the dog fee was more than reasonable.

These are little motel type rooms, not what you would expect a BW to be like but they were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The front desk lady was super sweet and the restaurant on-site was good with reasonable prices.
