The front staff was incredible! They went above and beyond with our late check in, my ADA needs. She accommodated my needs and made the stay. We got there late and had to be back on the road by 5 am, she worked all of that in so we weren't fighting a staircase or angering our neighbors with noise.

The key to enter was extremely difficult. To get into the room was perfect. I had to go to the front desk and reprogram the key and still difficult to get into the building The coffee machine had no tray for the coffee. I had to find the cleaning lady to exchange coffee machines

THE only queen rooms available are on the 2nd or 3rd floor, no elevator. Expedia should have known this, I cannot carry a suitcase up stairs, I am old thank goodness staff helped me.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The conditions of the hotel were not great. Fridge was broken. Staff replaced it. My wife said, we can’t stay here again and that says a lot. Hotel is old.
