"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"Hospedagem deixou a desejar pegamos o quarto rosa da mata q é um dia mais caros, lençóis manchados como se não tivessem sido lavados e o frigobar não deixava ninguém dormir de tanto barulho que fazia de tão velho e enferrujado. Banheiro começou a derreter os fios do chuveiro, no último dia viemos embora sem poder tomar banho pois acabou a água, Café da manhã já foi melhor em outras vezes mas dessa vez não abria no horário e ainda abria faltando várias coisas talvez por estarem trabalhando com...
