If you brought your furry friends; please remember to clean up any waste in the backyard & dispose of it properly. Also, kindly slide the dog door panel back into place before you leave.

For stays over 14 nights; an additional cleaning fee of $150 bi-weekly will be applied. This is to make sure the property stays as clean as possible!

The River Retreat was the perfect place for us for a month long stay in the area! The home was wonderfully appointed, kitchen was well stocked for cooking (which we did a LOT of!!), pet friendly, and very comfortable to live in. Also, the proximity to the freeway was very close which made it super easy to get to Costco and Winco in South Everett (3.5 miles), Snohomish for some sight seeing (recommend that if you have never been there!), or just down the I-5 corridor to Seattle. The walking trail on the river was an added bonus!Our host Alyson was super responsive and very helpful with making sure that everything was taken care of and to our liking. we were visiting family in the area. This property was in EXCELLENT condition, fully outfitted, and sparkling clean. The owner was great at communications and responsiveness to questions. We are an elderly couple with some mobility issues and note the presence of steps and stairs to enter and move within the property - we were able to manage those conditions with relative ease.
