Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this private upstairs room includes access to a hot tub, sauna, outdoor kitchen, laundry, EV charger, and game room. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Enjoy peaceful views, modern comfort, and resort-style amenities. 5–10 mins to Winco, Costco, LA Fitness, and 45 mins to SeaTac Airport or Canada border. A cozy upstairs guest room with a comfortable queen bed and private shared bathroom, perfect for solo travelers or couples. Enjoy natural light and relaxing mountain views in a quiet setting. Guests also have access to shared amenities including a full kitchen, laundry room, game room (pool table, ping pong, mahjong), outdoor hot tub, and sauna. Conveniently located near supermarkets, gyms, and freeway access—an ideal retreat for short stays or getaways. Guests have access to the private upstairs queen room and shared access to the outdoor hot tub, sauna, outdoor kitchen, laundry room, EV charger, and game room (located in the garage). Free driveway parking is available. Please note that some areas are shared with other guests and the host. We respect your privacy but are happy to assist whenever needed. Mineral water, tea, sparkling water and other non-alcoholic drinks are okay. After use, please cover the lid and take away the garbage. 3.
